A Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning and Emergency Management Solution
The CPOtracker System consists of a software system and series of templates that
provides a quick, effective and viable solution for disaster recovery and business
continuity planning. Utilizing CPOtracker can easily address
critical recovery planning requirements in a matter of days or weeks rather than
months or years.
Our CPOtracker software system (Web based - Client Hosted or CPO Hosted) enables
the user and/or planner to develop and maintain their plans, tasks and all other
items necessary to effectively respond to and recover from any disaster situation.
CPOtracker will remind the user/planner when critical items are due and/or past
due and provides management reports on how ready the organization is to deal with
a disaster situation at a specific location or all locations enterprise wide.
CPOtracker will assist you in managing and demonstrating compliance with HIPAA and
Sarbanes-Oxley to your management and auditors. Tasks relating to the Avian Flu
Pandemic may now be incorporated into the CPOtracker system. The CPOtracker system
has been in use for over 15 years and supports a proven successful methodology in

Model Plan
The Model Plan is written in Microsoft® Word and can be used to address both Disaster
Recovery and/or Business Resumption Planning. It is designed to facilitate and minimize
on-going maintenance. Updating the Model Plan is simplified by reports produced
by the CPOtracker software system.
Services
While CPOtracker is a very simple system to install and use, CPO wants to ensure
customer satisfaction by offering, as an option, an on-site installation and training
session by a CPOtracker Representative. A CPOtracker help desk is also available
for ongoing customer support.
